Let the fun begin tomorrow morning. We will be following the 3 day potty training guide to a T. I am scared out of my mind but everything he is doing is just screaming at us that he is done with diapers. I have been putting this off for so long and its not going to work til we hit it hard core.

Good for you!! Holla you guys will doo great and if he's not ready he isn't ready. Some boys don't potty train till later. Talk to Jen both her boys were potty trained right around 2 years old.
good luck! We are starting "operation sleep in you own dang crib" tonight! I don't know what to expect!
